I tried to log in and I got the error, but there is a way around this.

Once you get that log in error, you should be at the dashboard page, click on activity and then click on features and you should be able to change your forwarding number.

Let me know if it works.

Got to were you actually enter in the forwarding number, enterered my cell phone number hit enter and BANG! Back to the log in screen. I called my phone only to have my office phone ring back at me.. sigh. I mean this is pretty serious downtime for a major company.

Maybe it is just in the States, but as of 5:25 Eastern the Vonage secure site is working without any glitches now. I made a few calls and received calls and they are on the dashboard.

Thanks but I am not getting any "errors". I simply get bumped back out to a login screen. I am able to log on once in while to the main activity page but anytime I click on anything remotely related to call forwarding the computer goes to sleep for a few minutes and then I get same log in screen.

I went in and checked my settings on call forward and such and had no problems.

Must be here in the States then. I'm still trying. Tried another computer too. Same results. Keep getting bumped out to a log in screen,

As of 6:14 p.m. ET, the site is still kicking me out of the Call Forwarding area. I am trying to look in the Activity section to get a list of client calls I made today, but can't view the 7-day activity page. The site has been down all day.

I am noticing more and more with Vonage that they have site issues just about every week. This is crazy!

I was having the same problems with logging in, and called customer support. They stated that they are aware of the problem, and customers may have issues logging in for another 24 hours or so.

As of 6:55 PM, I was able to log in without any issues

Actually, it was hours earlier. I tried at lunchtime yesterday and it repeatedly failed. It worked early this morning, though it was very s.l.u.g.g.i.s.h. Once the world woke up and traffic on their site ramped up, all came grinding to a halt. That's why I suspect they have some servers down, and the remaining ones aren't able to carry the load.

Same here. I seem to get in about once every 6 or 7 attempts. At that point I can get to the Features page, but if I click anything, I'm dropped back out to a login prompt again.

Visit the following link on Vonage.com to configure call forwarding with your Vonage phone. Dial *73 to disable Call Forwarding.
