I am really new to Vonage,was with lingo for 5 years. I pretty neat that you have this message board, but does anyone of Vonage pay any attention to it. I don't see anything done that is asked. I have found it hard to get an answer from sending an email directly to them. I have asked two different questions over 10 times each buy email and almost that many times by phone. I still do not have an answers. They answer everything but what I ask. Not impressed so far other then the caller ID works better with my homeseer program. I also miss my speed dial and advance call forwarding. Am I just wasting my time making suggestions.
