I've been with Vonage now for about 15 months. Other then the last four weeks I've had nothing but good things to say about my experience, with only minor issues here and there.

But lately, the service has been consistently crappy.
For example:
Dropped calls, wrong caller IDs going out, a few calls going to the wrong number - ie dialed the right number the digital phone readout confirms this but the call went to a different number, choppy calls, hearing and echo when speaking.
It's really been unbelievable to the point where I'm about to cancel and go back to the regular telco. I'm going to go the route of calling Customer Service to see what they have to say.
I run regular speed tests of my internet connection and have seen no major changes from month to month so I'm really at a loss.

Anyone else seeing issues like this?

I'm in Delta, BC and using Delta Cable.

Yes. Here in Vancouver on Shaw cable the past month or so has been a rash of difficulties as well. I'm not clear what has gone wrong lately. Things had been going well for the longest time before then.

I was thinking it was Shaw's problem? But since you are on a different company I'm wondering if it is something to do with Vonage having switched the location of its Canadian calls to make them appear Canadian.

Does anyone know what IP address our Vonage box connects to so we can ping it and see what is going on more specifically?

Sorry, my question wasn't clear. I meant what Vonage IP address our traffic flows to. The IP you provided is for the local network access to the box itself.

I know that we used to be connected to 69.59.248.59 for our voice traffic, which is in Vonage headquarters I believe. But I had heard they moved it to Canada now, and was curious what the new IP address was?

Maybe the Vonage stock ticker on the right side of the screen is proportional to the quality of service. Very Happy

The past few weeks has me wondering if I want to keep paying for a service I can barely use.

Very choppy calls, big delays,echo's, poorer than the usual poor quality, but that's only if I can get the damn call to connect.
90% of my outgoing calls all I hear is "lines are temporarily busy, please try later"

This month I think my normal phone bill will be back up to were it was before I started with Vonage.
If my normal phone bill keeps climbing due to calls I can't get thru on Vonage I will have to cancel Vonage in order to pay the phone bill.
