The only time I have problems with Vonage is when I am downloading from bittorrent sites, I have to stop the downloading.
Not sure how good Primus is over Vonage. |

I have same problem as Kev6 explained where wrong ID when making phone calls out. Vonage needs to pull themselves together and get the phone quality up and running. I'm pretty fed up with the Voange Voip and I am planning to switch to Rogers Home or Bell Phone Line. I trust home phone line more than Voip! |

We are moving our primary phone back to Telus and we MIGHT keep a Vonage line or two around to handle long distance calls. The biggest problems we have had are.
1. Phone was down for 5 days no in or outband calls in the middle of January. 2. People cannot hear us when we call. 3. Massive static on calls 4. Calls being dropped. 5. Massive echo. 6. Incompetance on the part of Vonage to follow through with providing documentation around the 5 day outage, as well as providing a new router with the phone ports.
Let's put it this way.. our business would be sued left right and centre if we performed our services in such a manner. |

I know that we used to be connected to 69.59.248.59 for our voice traffic, which is in Vonage headquarters I believe. But I had heard they moved it to Canada now, and was curious what the new IP address was?
Thanks! |
In Montreal, i got "69.59.233.39".
Cheers,
