Okay, here's what happened. On last Saturday, I started receiving calls from my sister. I'd pick up, silence. A few calls later, I get nowhere. I call Vonage, and the call won't go through. I get on Skype and use it to call them. Half way through, he's made me powercycle, and it doesn't help. I'm disconnected a lot, and forced to powercycle, SEVEN TIMES. Finally I get to Level2 support. We get somewhere before the call is disconnected. I call back on Skype, and this guy helps me by fixing it enough for me to receive calls. He also states he will pass me to a server engineer, and the problem will be fixed in 48 hours. Wheeeelll, it's Friday, and I can't call out! Should I call Vonage again?! or should I suspect something else? What will Vonage have to do if I call them again? I have also noticed before this happened, there was an incessant tapping on the line. I will probably phone tomorrow. or tonight if they are open.

i would suggest you to call them as soon as possible to check the status of that ticket and also if the issue is with something else... and also they are open 24 hours...
