My broadband service is just fine. This is my test result when connected directly to my modem. The previous results were taken during the time frame when iam experiencing problems while connected to the
Vonage
device. This huge disparity in the results prove the issue is with the
Vonage
device

Post subject: Disable QoS
Try disabling QoS under Applications & Gaming. That sometimes hogs bandwidth.

QoS has never been enabled. I have also played ard with the bandwith saver and that didnt help either. I have tried everything i could possibly think of except rollback my firmware.
