Before I waste time on hold with customer service, is there a way to delete a phone line using the Vonage website? I've been through pretty much every screen and can't find it. Only thing I see is to add a line.
Or do they force you to call in to cancel a line, so they can pass you to a retention rep to talk you out of it?

in case they allow you to do that online you always have to pay......... calling the CS is gonna let u pay whatever is necessary......... like in case of promotions!!!!!!!!!!!
