I don't have voicemail nor forwarding nor simulring enabled. If I could not get incoming calls, they should go to the failover number. But it's not happening...

So is anyone that has those features eanabled, getting anything ? I'd turn on voicemail or forwarding if so...

On hold with them on two lines - must be directed to two different call centers as the music on hold is different...

No dial tone here also. I'm in Southern New Jersey just outside of Philly. (I tried to reboot and do all those things).

Also, no voicemail and the second line isn't working. My last call was at 8:40. I noticed problems around 5am this morning on the second line but thought it was a fluke.

I can't get the vonage website and their phone lines aren't working...

We should get a credit for the length of time it's out.

Tiffany

it was down here in VA outside of Washington too, but it just came back, it is weird that the forwarding went down too, did their server get hit? it is back for both incoming and outgoing too.

Vonage has arguably the worst customer service of any company out there. Obviously there is a major outage this morning and what do they do? Send all of the calls to a message that no one is there to take calls.

I've already removed my vonage fax line after more than 5 hours on the phone with support. Maybe it is time to remove them all.

Similar problem here in FL (Tampa area). I received two incoming phone calls this morning, but couldn't hear the other person. No idea if they heard me or not.

I reset the adapter and tried calling my home phone from my cell. It won't even connect. It never rings and then the cell just says "Call Dropped" and hangs up!

This is even wierder: While typing this, my Vonage line rings, and the Caller ID says my cell phone number! I called from my cell about 5 minutes ago!!! Now it's ringing again with the number of my cell showing!!! It's like my test calls from my cell are now being put through a few minutes later??? When I pick it up - nothing.

Also, I have SimulRing turned on, but it's not working now. When the phone rang, I picked up on my cell (which did ring too), but I got nothing and the Vonage line kept ringing.

It's gone berzerk!

Assuming you're on the unlimited plan, you're paying about $28/mo, with all of the fees.

I'm not sure how long service has been (or will be) out, but my math says that a 12-hour service outage wouldn't net you more than fifty cents in credit.
