PostPosted: Sun Feb 11, 2007 5:00 pm    Post subject: Seeking Executive Contact E-Mails For The Company Reply with quote Back to top

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for e-mail addresses for the President and Vice-President of Vonage Canada and anyone else high up within the company who can assist me.

I have gone through the Customer Service phone route as well as the Contact Us form on the vonage.ca website and have gotten nowhere.

For over a full year, I have been trying to get one of my referral credits. Every couple of months, I would call Vonage and they would look it up and tell me that yes, I do qualify for the credit and that they will put it on my account and it will show on my online statement within 7 days. When it doesn't show up, I wait a month or two in case it is delayed and I call back again. I am told the same thing every time.

I spoke with a gentleman just before New Year's Day and he said that he would put it directly to the attention of the person who does the crediting and I would have it by "Tuesday because of the holiday". I sat for ten minutes and waited as he "typed out very accurate notes so there would be no future confusion or invonvenience" to me. Tuesday came and went...followed by a week and no referral credit.

So I called again and spoke with a girl and she said that I do not qualify for a credit. She spoke with a supervisor and they said no credit. I asked to speak with someone higher up and all she kept telling me to do was use the Contact Us form on the website...which I had done several times with absolutely NO response. Not even an acknowledgement that I had even sent it in to them. She further stated there were no notes on the account of any previous calls over the past year. She also stated, when I asked her about my last call, that the man only typed "Customer called about credit he never received." She said that is all that was entered for notes. For that, I waited TEN MINUTES while he clicked away in my ear? Those are " very accurate notes so there would be no future confusion or invonvenience" to me?

I have had Vonage for over two years and I have had absolutely no problems with the service. I love Vonage and would gladly recommend it to others but this was my first referral and it happened over 13 months ago and I have hit a brick wall after a year of being told that I would get the credit each time.

I am hoping that someone here will be able to provide me with a direct email address for President Bill Rainey, Vice President Joe Parent, or someone high up in the company who can finally correct this.

I apologize for the length of my post but feel that all the details are important.

Thank you for taking the time to read and I look forward to any and all replies posted.

Warmest Regards,

Doc

In addition to my previous post, I have read the rules concerning the forum and I do not expect anyone to post any of these executives' addresses that are not readily available to the public in some form or another.

I do believe that each of them has a direct e-mail address that customers can use to contact them...but they appear to be buried somewhere in the site that I cannot find them or else are not available unless specifically asked for as I am doing now.

Just wanted to clear that up before any confustion ensued.

Thanks,

Doc

After 17 days, there are no replies to my post.

Are you all telling me that there is NO WAY to contact Vonage's President of Vice President via e-mail other than the form on the website that goes nowhere?

Surely there must be an e-mail contact for these offices?

If someone can help out...I'm all ears! Smile
