Hi, I'm trying to link a D-Link VWR into my existing Motorola VT2442, the power light is stuck on 2 blinks so it can't get an IP address.
My daughter is setting up business, so it seemed a good idea for her to have a router she can take when she visits India - that way she can maintain her UK contacts, and she can plug her laptop in. It seemed like a good idea ... anyway
The Motorola connects to the NTL cable modem, I also have a Linksys which manages to connect to the Motorola with no problem, but the D-Link supplied by Vonage won't do it.
Any ideas anyone? thanks for your help |

apologies, Vonage have sorted out the problem - it was quite simple, both routers had the same default IP 192.168.15.1 so they couldn't communicate. The D-Link now has 16.1, and works fine.
If anyone has experience of taking a router to India or the far east then I'd be interested in the experience (I'll post our experience when we try it) |
