very happy with the service !! I have a RT31P2 that I take with me when travelling and plug it in on another router at destination..then, I bring it back and plug it back to the one home.
I am thinking of buying another RT31P2 and leave it overseas...I understand I can switch between devices online..

I do not want to have a V-phone or a Softphone, which limits me to the computer..

any ideas or comment..it will help a lot.

I think your plan sounds fine. Just test the new RT31P2 at home before heading out.

You can buy an adapter, activate it and then use the Move-a-number feature to switch between devices. See:

last question..how do activate the second router? I am sure Vonage needs the MAC number to do the switching..call or online?
