Post subject: Dropped Connection
Hello,
I have a cable internet connection. I use a DLink DCM 202. It is connected to a Netgear WGR614 V3 wireless router. My phone adapter (Linksys PAP2) is connected to the wireless router. Periodically I am losing my wireless connection and thus my
Vonage
connection. At first I was cycling and resetting all three components. Since then I have learned that I am not losing my connection through my modem, so when I unplug my wireless router and my phone adapter and then plug them back in again everything works fine again.
Are there some settings or hardware conflicts I am missing? I would like to connect the phone adapter right to the modem, but there is only one ethernet out.
Thoughts?
Thanks!
