I just saw this article at Light Reading. I looks like Vonage has finally listened to it's customers. Hopefully these changes are coming soon and they are not just jerking us around again.

Maybe this will bring in some more customers and help out Vonage's lagging stock. |

The only problem is, they did not say how soon. Hopefully, the check is actually in the mail. |

Yeah . . . my definition of "soon" is within 30 days. I wonder what Vonage's definition is . . . .? |

Actually, I emailed the Vonage spokesperson mentioned in the article, and was told that Vonage was going to implement this "within the next few months". |

Hahaha, that's a good one. There is only a few months in a century. Right? |

This is one of the features I was hoping for. As a new customer does this happen often that promises made and not kept. I would also like to Speed Dialing and even better customer service. I switched from a 5 or 6 year term to Vonage. Their caller ID works with my homeseer program perfect where as Lingo did not. I would like to see the caller ID come through with out the local area code, but I am happy. The sound is perfect, I thought lingo was good, but Vonage is the best so far. I had packet 8 first, dint try it. Sound is echo city. I am happy with Vonage, but could be happier if I could get some open end problems closed with the customer service. Can we say "Pass the Buck to some one Else"

Back in 2004 they also said "in a few months". |
