I have a Time Warner Road Runner account -- a cable modem. I've seen the posts about how ISP affects call quality, but not much about the reverse. It only makes sense to me that using the one connection for two things would slow both, right?
When on the phone with Vonage and browsing and/or up or downloading, how is the browsing, etc., speed? Excellent? Good? So-so? Crappy?
It may not be much of an issue for me, as I'm a single, so I'm most likely to either talk or browse, but not both. There are no kids to be doing one while I'm doing the other. Buit I'd like to know before I give it a try.
Thanks for your opinions! |
