Ademco Vista 20 + Vonage = calls work but data problems...

Ok
I have comcast cabel-RCA modem-Vonage (silver box with blue lights)-Phone line out (2 wires) to the Vista 20 for Line snatch-then out to my phones*

Ive got it programed for 4-digit contact ID
with the last 4-digits of my account number programmed in
I can get it to call my central (rapid response) but when the 20
D.L.s the info-the "kiss off Tones" dont match up

Like the reciever "BEEPS" while the Panel is Still Talking-
I log on to the central's web site an nothing comes in.

Ive maxed the band with via Vonage.
Is there anything else SOME ONE could think of

Cellular... what the heck is the point of landline monitoring anyway??? If I was going to break into a house, the first thing I would do is cut the phone line...

update
Realized that there was a small lag
on my cable network so i had to install
and land line and suck it up.
good thing is theres no Nib box to
indicate were the line is so its not that
easy to find.
