In November a Toll free number that pointed directly to the ATS group was started. This toll free number was to be given to customers that were transferred to the ATS group (Tech support in Holmdel, Newjersey)from Retention and needed a way to contact ATS directly in the near future. This number was also issued to multiple callers so they could speak directly to an ATS agent instead of going through the various queues to reach the group.
As of March 1st 2007, this number will be decommissioned for the system. Until then a message will be played when the customer calls this toll free number alerting them that the number will removed shortly... so from MARCH 1st we can reach vonage only thru 18662434357
