This latest issue may be the one that forces me to have to dump Voip. The wife has one rule for technology - it has to work. We have already dumped our fax line because it rarely worked, and now this (not the first time we've had phone troubles). I don't think I will have room to defend this any longer.
It will stink to lose a phone number I have had for 7 years (over 2 years with Vonage) but it may become a casualty. |

Same thing here near Pittsburgh, PA. Looks like it's regional at the very least. |

similar issue here in kentucky. I can receive calls from cell phones and other Vonage customers but any body trying to call from a land line telephone gets "this number has been disconnected or no longer in service" i called Vonage and they didn't have a clue said they were going to setup a ticket for the issue. I just got Vonage about 2 weeks ago and have had this issue since i'm thinking of canceling cause this is crazy. Any body have any ideas? |
