Post subject: General Troubleshooting For V-Phone
1. Check the internet connection
2. Checked the OS version-->Windows XP SP2
3. Disable the Windows Firewall--> Goto Start-->Run-->Type services.msc -->Select Windows Firewall-->Share access-->select Disabled
4. Unplug / replugthe V-Phone
5. Restarted the computer
6. Deleted options.ini file--> In the
Vonage
Folder
7. Soft reset --> Dail pad --> Restore defaults
8. Try different USB ports and different computers
9. Disable the Antivirus software installed in the Computer
10. Disable the Firewall in the Existing router
11. If needed try to open the
Vonage
ports as well as the Port no 11675
12. V-Phone in Office Network : open these ports
1. OUTGOING Ports --> DNS: Port 53 UDP, TFTP: Ports 21, 69, 2400 UDP, HTTP: Port 80 UDP,NTP: Port 123 UDP,SIP: Port 5061 UDP
2. INCOMING and OUTGOING Ports --> RTP (Voice) Traffic: Ports 10000-20000 UDP
