Welp I give up 2 calls to tech support and both these guys claimed it's not a Vonage issue , gave them the ticket number and told them what was said and how to fix , the gave me silly fixes and none worked of course.
Just wasted 1 hr of hold time between 2 calls and still not fixed ,even had the 2nd guy tell me to call my voicemail hit 9 and then 2 to disable notification of voicemail and still blinking  |

ah, that ****. I just had Vonage tech support call about 30 mins ago thinking they had just been talking to me. I guess someone used my ticket # and they called me back instead of the person who actually called. Did you specifically say what the fix was? Did you read them the email that said what the guy did? I would ask to talk to Pranav Solanki or a supervisor. |

yep that was me who called , apparently the guy called the wrong person back , yes I reffered them to your ticket number and even told them what it said , still not fixed of course.
I got the run around both times  |

Well after 14 days from the Orginal Ticket , I got a response and finally the problem is fixed. |

If anyone else experiences this problem, tell the tech to set the VMWI from 30 to 0. |
