try to switch your airtel dsl modem to bridge mode.you can do this by calling your ISP.put the username and password from your ISP in the Vonage provided rt31p2 or rtp300.if you are using pap2 then you have to ask your isp to forward 69,10000-20000,53,80,2400,21,5060,5061 ports.tell me the exact model of the Vonage device, how many ethernet ports in your modem,is it wireless?

hi,
Do you have any user name and password provided by your ISP ?
If yes, then you need to configure Rtp300 or Rt31p2 for PPPOE settings in the router page.If no, then you can use the DHCP settings in the routerpage. To configure the device you need to use the adress 192.168.15.1
Username:admin
Password:admin

Note :PAP2 will not work with DSL connection unless you have a router
