is there anyway where I can use just the arris 402p without the Vonage adapter to have my phone service active cuz arris 402p has a phone adapter already?
do you think i would have to add the device address to my account before that can work?
Nope.Vonage Works with their particular equipment. Arris TM402P it is a Cable modem which has built in Voip , that cannot be used for a Vonage service apparently Vonage will not add 3rd party devices to their device inventory and also they have many more complicated reasons..
