Post subject: Arris Touchstone 402p Question?
is there anyway where I can use just the arris 402p without the
Vonage
adapter to have my phone service active cuz arris 402p has a phone adapter already?
do you think i would have to add the device address to my account before that can work?
thx for the help in advance

my understanding is that
Vonage
only works at this time with their own equipment. you can always try it but they do not give out their information.

Nope.Vonage Works with their particular equipment. Arris TM402P it is a Cable modem which has built in
Voip
, that cannot be used for a
Vonage
service apparently
Vonage
will not add 3rd party devices to their device inventory and also they have many more complicated reasons..
