Post subject: help - suddenly getting significant delays on calls
I tried to post this last night but it hasn't shown up yet, so please forgive me if this is a duplicate and/or if this has already been discussed on this forum.
I am relatively new to
Vonage
- 4 weeks. For the first 3 weeks the connection was superb on all my calls, but now I am getting delays on virtually all calls, to the point that the phone is useless. The call will start out just fine and suddenly get out of sync.
I am in France where I have a Noos cable modem connection - I have a PSP2 phone adaptor which is connected to the Thomson combination modem/wireless router provided by Noos. As I mentioned, it worked perfectly at first but suddenly has started having significant problems. All my calls are to the US.
I would be most greatful for any/all suggestions re:adjustments to settings/testing, etc. I have tried calling
Vonage
customer support but never reached a live person.
Thank you,
gsw

Post subject:
Could it be delay due to the amount of "connections" the signal has to cover. Ask your ISP for a preferred program to check for signal delay.
I know the word but cannot spell it.
