I have a problem when I am running utorrent the call quality drops significantly (usually the person I am talking to can't hear me) I have 2 computers that are hardwired to the router and 2 others that use wireless. Is there anyway around this? My internet is around 6 megs down and 768 kb up.
Any help is greatly appericiated and thanks in advance |

I have the same problem and I think the only way to fix it is not to use the bittorrent applications. When you are downloading just look and see how much bandwidth you are using both downloading and uploading.
You are using a good program, Utorrent is one of the better ones, Bitcomet **** the life out of your internet connection.
If someone does now how to fix this situation I would love to know also. |

Any P2P program is going to hog bandwidth on the network. The only way around it is to adjust the bandwidth the program uses by setting the dl and ul limits, or you can use the bandwidth saver feature through your Vonage web account, which will lower the amount of bandwidth that the VoIP uses, but it also degrades audio quality. |
