I have a USB DSL modem that is attached to my PC. The Vonage MTA is attached to the PC via Ethernet using ICS.

People on the other end can hear my voice clearly, in real time. However, I cannot hear them in real time.

Any ideas? Thanks.

does your DSL modem have an ethernet option? most do.

try using that.

the vonage router will do NAT to your PC.
