I've read the thread, and have followed MikesF271974 suggestions on the rt31qp2 to the letter, but no luck. I must be missing something.
After making the changes and connecting the devices, I cannot connect ot the web.
Not being a network guru, I am foggy.
Device flow = Cable modem to RT31p2 to wrt54gs.
What are the config options on the wrt54gs?
Any help or suggestions are apprciated.
Thx, in advance for the help! |

Make sure you have plugged the cable from the RT to the 54GS into one of the router ports and NOT the WAN port on the GS. Also have to make sure the GS has an IP in the 192.168.15.xx range (not 192.168.15.1), if you didn't change the RT IP address. Also make sure the GS has DHCP DISABLED. |
