I am sick of receiving anonymous phone calls.

Most of us, Vonage customers, indeed have shown the need of having this feature. But the Vonage company seems like it is just putting on a blind eye.

As customers, we have the power to DEMAND within reason what we think the company should be offering us. I feel like the company has failed us, and we need to take an action to have them wake up and do something.

Well, am calling the company and remind them.
On top of that, having felt like am unsatisfied, I think I would be better of dumping them for a company that provides this feature.
Well by the end of January, if they don't have it, I will be gone. I think am sick of a RAW DEAL!

Is there an alternative to making Vonage wake up and provide this feature? Well, it will cost just few minutes to upload an angry customer's option on YOUTUBE, this will be my last resort.

So, Vonage should either give us the anonymous call rejection feature, *67, or they can count one less customer off their list by the end of JANUARY 2007.

Yeah... I agree! I am sooooo ready to pay twice as much for my service to Bell South because Vonage does not have the one feature I really need... Whinny Call Blocker! I mean.. really. They give all the other features that the other companies charge for.. but no Whinny Call Blocker available at any price! I am taking my business elsewhere!

Why pay Bell South twice as much for Vonage's missing feature when you can get it at some other Voip company for less? Of course you could always become a mindless Vonage Cheerleader. It's up to you but if you are a new customer, you might want to leave before the trial period is up or they will screw you with a cancellation fee when you try to leave. Just read your TOS and be aware. Good luck.

*67 is not Anonymous Call Rejection. It is caller ID block and blocks your Caller ID info from being displayed when you call someone. It works on a per-call basis, so when you complete your call, you'd have to re-enter *67 the next time you wish to block the Caller ID info.
