Send it back Charlie, it is junk. Get a PAP2 from BestBuy or Circuit City locally or anywhere online. If you need a gateway/router/access point, get WRT54G. Best bang for its buck.

Having the same issue as Charliebos. Has anyone figured this out.

When you try to create a "NEW" rule, only a blank browser page shows up.

It looks like Vongae pushed an update, I currently have :

Gateway VWR-11.4.0-r060331-1.00.03-r061127.img
Boot Loader 1.3.8.1602

Doesn anyone know the fixes?

Has anyone solved this??? I'm having the same problem and it is really dreadful as mentioned above. I've tried everything....ugh

I am also having the port forwarding problem. I hope an update will be released soon. As I understand it, all firmware and software updates come directly from Vonage. Can anyone confirm this?

Yes Vonage only, and to the people asking about the issues they are having lately, compare your firmware to what I posted previously, is it the same? Did yours get updated? If not, your issues is probably on the mile long list of known issues for the worst Vonage enabled device out on the market. If your firmware has updated and you continue to have the issues, I will hard reset mine and try to replicate your problem.... check first....

I called tonight to cancel my Vonage service. I'm so tired of the DLINK router problems. I've been having to reboot it 3 times a day for a few months or else phone/internet service quits.

To keep me as a customer, they offered to send me a Motorola VT2142 router to see how that works. They are also crediting my account for 1 month of service plus paying for the shipping to send my DLINK back to them.

I accepted the offer. Worst case scenario the Motorola VT2142 has problems and I'll just cancel next month.

So, anyone know what I should expect with the Motorola VT2142? Better than the DLINK?

I am not sure, i know motorola makes quility phone and networking devices... but so do DLINK and Linksys. There is no telling. I have a Linksys PAP2 and I oculdn't be happier. It is a dedicated phone adapter, and I use the WRT54G now for my router/gateway. What Vonage ended up doing was credting my account 50 bucks to account for the PAP2 i went to go buy. This works best, 2 months now and no issues what so ever. If you can get them to do this, get a PAP2 and get a dedicated gateway like the WRT54G, you won't even be able to tell you are using Voip
