Post subject: I think You're mixing me up with the initial poster
I think you're confusing me with the initial poster. I'm not in 952. Never was. I was in 763, had my 763 number ported to
Vonage
, and people on my block can't call me. They get an error message and a weird voice mail. I finally got
Vonage
customer service to listen to me, and they say a higher-level engineer is working on the problem.
Now if they can fix the voice drop offs-- I'll be set.. It's annoying: I had no problems before they ported my number. Now I have audio issues and the aforementioned 763/ 7-digit dialing issue.
