A few calls made it through in FL just a moment ago, but then stopped again.

I notice the dashboard now states for ALL Vonage CUSTOMERS....

I set simulring to my cells for the time being and that seems to work.

This is hysterical! I wasted an hour on hold with Vonage tech support instead of just riding it out (I should know better but tomorrow is my 30 day full refund day so I wanted to see how bad it would be). Tech support was useless as expected but he did say I could call back and get a refund for the downtime... Yea right on that one.

The best part? The phone finally rings and it's Verizon! Calling to confirm we had switched to another provider. I love it! No one else can get through but good old Verizon. Man does that reflect badly on Vonage. Good thing I hate Verizon or Vonage might have just lost a customer.

I'm in Central Illinois and can't get a dial tone. Incoming calls are forwarded to my "network down" number. Some one said they rebooted and they were able to make calls. Reboot what? The router? The modem? The phone adapter?

Well, I can receive calls again (I have always been able to make calls). But I am still receiving the ghost calls. I have gotten well over 100 ghost calls this evening. I have actually had to SHUT my ringer OFF because it is just constantly ringing. I am losing an entire afternoons/nights pay due to this because there is simply no way for the calls to get routed to me.

I am calling Vonage now to see what they say about it, but I have a feeling they are just going to tell me there is nothing that they can do. This is LITERALLY driving me insane. If this is not fixed by tomorrow I am in SERIOUS trouble.

I too am still getting the bogus incoming calls. So, while I can send/recieve calls I've had to turn off my ringer and turn on instant-forwarding to my cell phone. The phantom calls do not get forwarded for whatever reason.

I spent well over an hour on the phone with tech support to 'fix' the problem. It still is giving me phantom calls ... grr ...

Wow.. are you guys reading your own posts? I work in a tech support center and the Vonage network goes down so I have all of these reps taking calls from you guys like you who think they are the only ones having issues.

People, if there is a network issue... all the phone calls you are making only serve to delay the time it is going to take to get the service restored. Trust me.. they know about the problem, and YOU are not it. So instead of wasting time with some poor guy who is trying to help people and feed his family... wait until the outage is over and call about your credit.

You business men who think the grass is greener with another carrier.. well, been there too and have lots of service interuptions there too.

if this is happening there could be an ongoing issue with Vonage, I suggest try to move the number to another phone port on your web account and reboot all devices,that may do the trick (in some cases it does resolve this kind of issue)
