Flaked out at about 3:30 in Tulsa, OK, still fried. When I called
Vonage
tech support, I got through the voice menus and then it announced "there's no one here to help you now, please try and call back later" and hung up.

Also having the problem here. The phone rings 5-10min+ after the incoming caller actually made the call. Looks like the call rings again every 5-10min after that (wow, that is annoying). Incoming caller either get dead air or an intercept that the number is not accepting calls.
As a work-around I set my call forwarding to instant, that has had no effect, calls are not being forwarded or sent to voicemail.
Comcast is my ISP
D-link
Vonage
adapter
oh yes, outgoing calls work
no-one to avail to answer phone at
Vonage
UPDATE 15:30, service seems restored.

Like I said about their tech support ... when I finally got through (after forever) it disconnected me while talking to the rep.
I called back and no agents available. I sincerely believe they use their own service which means when the network is down, they are too. Pretty convenient IMHO.
This is so frustrating. I was up for like 10 minutes now I am back down again. Call forwarding doesn't work because it is the switch that is dead, not the line.
But I can make CRYSTAL clear outbound calls.

Try handling between 50-60 calls an hour having it go down for a 10 minute period of the hour (so like 10 calls) and having all 10 of those calls continually repeating and repeating and repeating back to me.

Not working right for me.
I'm in Los Angeles (562 area code). I first noticed the problem when I tried to dial a
Vonage
voicemail access number from my cell phone and it just rang and rang and rang. This was about 12:00PM PT.
Then, I tried calling my own
Vonage
# so I could log in and retrieve voicemail, and it just rang and rang. Eventually, the call forwarded back to my cell phone, and since I was on the phone, the call went to my cell phone voicemail.
I'm home now (2:15PM PT) and I can dial my
Vonage
# and it rings through. But, when I try the voicemail access number, it doesn't ring at all and after about 30 seconds the line picks up and then I'm able to log in.
This is ANNOYING and happens far too frequently.

They just changed the Service Announcement from saying it's New York and Los Angeles effected to now say it's everyone!
