Post subject: VT1005 will not register with Vonage
light flashes 4 times on VT1005
system has been fine in current configuration for 10 months, until recently
problem has been intermitent, but has gotten worse and now cannot get a solid light
originally solved by resetting all parts of network
ADSL Modem --> D Link DI-604 (ppoe enabled) --> VT1005
moved the VT1005 behind the modem, but no luck -- stuck at 2 flashes for no IP address
know others with same network, but no problem
I'm in China and will take VT1005 to US with me next week
will see what happens, but thinking of replacing with PAP2 at end of network
anyone with similar issues in USA???

Post subject: VT1005 Registration Issue Resolved - Non Vonage Router Issue
DLink DI 504 (Chinese version of DI 604) needed to have logs, etc. cleared.
Basically took it back to factory defaults and reset PPOe.
Also moved phone to Port 2.
