I've got Vonage for my voice services. I have 2 computers behind the Linksys RTP300 router Vonage supplied me with. I run a Ventrilo server on one of the computers (my server box) and my client desktop is the other.
I have portforwarded port 3784 for both UDP and TCP to point to the internal IP address of the server box hosting the Ventrilo server service. The server functions, because when I take it off the router, the world outside reaches it just fine. What am I missing here?
I heard somewhere that Vonage will not work well with Ventrilo hooked up to the same router.
