So basically nothing wireless is working, but wired is. Is wireless enabled in the router? Go to the wireless/home tab on the admin pages and make sure that the AP box is checked. |

If you have your User's guide with you, go to page 7.
Using the wired computer, open up IE and type in 192.168.15.1 and then use user for both username and password.
This will get you to the web configuration of your Dlink wireless router.
Next turn to page 14 in your users guide and select the wireless button on the left hand side and make sure the home tab is selected at the top.
Now look in the white section and you will see:
Wireless Setup Enable AP and there is a check box here. Make sure it is checked.
Now it should be sending you a signal to the rest of the laptops.
Hope this helps,

The default username and password are both user. If you've changed the password and can't remember, there's a reset button on the back of the router. It's recessed, and you'll need something thin to get to it- like a straightened out paper clip. Hold it in for at least 10 seconds with the power on. |

We're glad to hear that you got the wireless enabled. Regarding encryption, go to this url and download your users guide and look up the instructions for encryption. I will hand you off to others who might help. I believe that this forum is designed to get Vonage working and you have achieved that.

You should have also received an electronic copy of it in the CD that came with your router. |
