My Click-2-Call works perfectly with all my UK numbers (I'm in teh UK) on my Windows XO Pro (SP2) machine with Outlook 2003, but when I try using a US number, I just get a continuous tone when I pick up teh receiver after Click-to-Call calls me.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,

have to ask the obvious steve
are the numbers in your click to call set up in the proper format for an international call
from the uk to the us you have to dial
example:
0016094567890
can you call the numbers just by dialing the normally and not using the click to call? |

Yes - they are set up OK. In teh Click-2-Call dialler window, they look just fine. Also, if I enter teh very same number manually into teh dialler window, it works perfectly.
Thanks,

i would uninstall the software and then reinstall it as it seems like a software issue and then retest |

Thanks - I tried that but 'mostly' it's just the same. Occasionally, I get a wrong number (American Pest Control).

i would call tech support and ask for an advanced tech support agent....they are able to chat directly with the engineers so that they can get a debug sample from one of there monitoring servers to see what occurs in the device and how it sends out the call over the net |

Sorry, Something about that just made me laugh
I know it wasn't intended as a joke, and that is probably what needs to happen

I used the e-mail help facility and got teh following response:
'Thank you for contacting Customer Care. In regards to your email, Click 2 Call does not work with international dialing at this time. We are looking towards updating the application to allow for international calls, however we do not have an estimated date of when this update will be released.
Thank you for your patience in this matter.' |
