i called Vonage today.. because i was calling my friend overseas.. and the phone only rang like 2 times..i hung up.. and i billed.. for that .. call..
i call vonage.. custumer service number... but i had some trouble.. understanding..there operator... when i called.. some cheneese girl picks up the phone.. and i could not understand her....
i wanted to know... how can i complain about getting my credit back...is the option under...my account.. in the billing.. where it says as for credit...
how long does it take for them to apply your credit..?when you do it online... 24 hours 248 how long..
or is it better to do it online with a custumer rep....
i just want to know how will i get my credit faster... doing it myself or taling to a custumer rep... cause i think there call center is proably..in india or somewhere..
and i had trouble..understanding them...

there are times connection is undesirable, had that experience yesterday. yes agent can give you credit, make sure you understand each other. that case, i would suggest call again Vonage customer care |
