I reside in Virginia now, but used to live in new york. This problem happened in both places. in new york, i had a different setup. I had earthlik cable modem ~ 5mbps connected straight into the rtp300 which split to my phone and two computers. Now in Virginia, i have comcast cable modem ~ 5mbps connected straight into a belkin wireless g+ router which splits to a computer through an ethernet cable, a laptop through wifi, and the rtp300 through ethernet. In both new york AND virginia, i ONLY had static problems when using the internet on the laptop simultaneously with the internet on my pc. i don't know why. I doubt it's the fact that my cordless phone is 2.4 ghz like my router cuz it still persisted in new york when i didn't have a wireless router. i called Vonage multiple times, they اhad to have changed my settings on the router more than twice, but still the problem still persists. Please help with this problem. I love vonage's unbeatable price and service, but i can't seem to get that crystal clear voice when using internet on both computers. It gets REAL staticky, making it IMPOSSIBLE for the person on the other end of the line to comprehend what i'm saying and vice versa.

Oh, and when I turn off my download program on my laptop, it seems to work satisfactory. My download program is utorrent, with a maximum set upload speed of 25kbps...

Here's a bunch of other info that might help...
This was run while i had my laptop on with the download program...
I tried to see if the problems would not persist if i used a corded phone, but i was wrong...

Were these tests run with Utorrent running? Your upload speed is marginal, your round trip times are awful, and the upload packet losses recorded on the Boston call test are horrendous. If Utorrent was running, please try the tests with it shut down. If it wasn't running, please plug your computer directly into the modem and retry.
