LOL, unless your tripping a red flag in the patriot act, no one is even thinking about listening or recording your calls.
As for the issue of a log, all users of any phone system have there useage loged by there provider and stored in a private secure database.
If you want semi-justified paranoia check out what google does!! |

Recording calls except for training purposes and government legal ie Police and the courts, is not only illegal but a major federal crime.
The politicians are hawking about the government supposibly domestic wire tapping, which is in itself a log of calls as to where the calls are routed.
A court order would be required to record your calls.
Another hypoed line of ___________!!!
