Anyone know when their website maintenance (upgrade, new system) is going to be finished? I am expecting an important phone call and need to enable forwarding to my cell phone so I can leave the house, but their account management website has been offline for at least the past hour.
My guess is that it is not scheduled maintenance but downtime. No one schedules maintenance for mid-day on a Monday. It's just a cheap splash page to make everyone feel warm and cuddly about the downtime.

I know, I'd like to be able to get into my account also. If you have the network unavailable number set up to ring to your cell phone then just unplug the adaptor. I do that instead of having to log and set up call forward.
Actually I just hit the standby button on my moto 5100, works nicely
