Retail activation & international calls

aside from those things, before hopping on board that plane, you will have to consider some things first:
1> isp: you would need to know what isp would be providing internet for your device. since you have a linksys pap2, make sure that you will be using a router. the pap2 needs to be assigned an ip and wouldnt work with ordinary dsl modems. it will work seamlessly with cable connections.
2>router: basically, you will need this if your going to connect your pap2 and a pc on the same modem, since the pap2 has only one ethernet port.

thanks for clearing that up,but i already knew about that...

my question is not that... my question is about the international calls...

Apparently they do, but reports indicate that Vonage can refund those in some situations.
