I understand (your/everyone's) sentiments, but I believe every country has its own share of geniuses, idiots, and teh mediocre ones in between. It's hard to qualify "whose techs are better" because you'll see that even if an agent cannot solve a particular issue, he can cope up in another field.
Anyway... I wish there's more communication between the techs between these three countries (the ones featured in the poll) -- that way, more information shared means more chances of making everyone happy. If there's such a thing as happiness, that is. ^_^

yeah your correct insight713 i also get troubleshooting steps from techs from other countries, but they are just difficult to understand thats my sentiment no offense for the technical skills it just boils down on call handling skills
