Hello,
My company has Linksys RT31P2 router recieves from Vonage. it works fine for some times but now from the last couple of days it itself resets it last for 5-6 seconds and its connect again. again its connectivity is not lasting more than 4-5 minutes and it resets again. I am unbale to understand where the problem is. could any one help ...

have him call tech support - but most likely, when any device resets itself, is due for replacement. unless, someone configured something into the router. |

When you say it resets by itself, you're referring to the device going back into boot up... not really losing power, right?
If so, try the following... Try removing the Vonage device, check your internet connection - could it be that you have intermittent internet connection - internet quality.. If you're able to surf the net just fine, no packets lost, then it could be the Vonage device
Are you using Cable or DSL... or Satellite?
Check your (Cable/DSL/etc) modem - does the internet light (on the modem) show any signs of intermittent internet connection?
Whenever it resets, and works for 4-5 minutes, are you able to conduct any phone calls / surf the internet ... even for 1 minute?
