Oh ok, that's what I thought. He's wrong and so are you.
Dial-up can have a steady connection to the Internet, as long as something is telling it to never disconnect.
As was stated earlier, it is possible to use Vonage via dialup. It has been tested, it works. It may be crappy, but a crappy 911 call is better than none. |

most of the time, server fails and disconnect you on the network completely, so you need to log in again and resetup everything.! do you thinks it's ideal...?
