I have seen postings about this problem back in May but have not seen a resolution. The problem is that I can get voicemail via email and *123, but access on the web site I get either 'No voicemail boxes found for your account'. Or if I try to change my pin number, email address or access voicemail using the features tab I get 'Sorry an error has occurred'. I called tech support a week and a half ago and he muttered and said he changed something. It didn't help. Last Wed. I called again and this time they gave me a ticket number and said it would be 24-48 hours. No luck. Called tech again on Saturday morning and he said he would check, but never came back on the line after 50 minutes of waiting. Anybody else ever have this problem? How was it fixed? Any other ideas? Thanks |

You might want to try sending them an Email using the forum contact page (menu, top left, Vonage Information, Contact Support). We're told this gets special attention. |

My voicemail now works. I do not know how, what or why, but it was working this morning. I had called several time to tech support so perhaps it was persistence. |
