Hello!
Maybe some one can tell me how to send a fax through the fax console. I only need to send one or two faxes a month (maybe none!!) and I don't need to buy a fax just for that.
I could do that before with the first router.
My router broke and when I received a new one, then that feature didn't work at all.
If it worked before, I don't understand why can't it now.
I was told to dial *99 before dialing to make it work ....but it didn't.
Can some one give me the right answer???
Thank you!

If you dial [ *99 1 (Area Code) (Phone Number) ] it will work. It has to be in this format, even for a local FAX . Works like a charm at my house. Hope this helps! |

Do I have to include the ( ) in the format that you gave me??
I tried to do what you told me in the "dialing rules" of the fax console and maybe I am doing something wrong. when is dialing the number shows this way: *99 1 XXX XXX-XXXX
is that Ok?
Is that the program that you use to send faxes? (Fax Console)
Thank you for your help!

Do you know how can I fix that?
Thank you for your help!
