I have had Vonage for a few months and everythig has been working fine until just about 2 weeks ago. I noticed that none of my incoming calls are showing the caller ID anymore, it just says NO DATA. I have tried 2 different phones but no change. I'm going to try rebooting my motorola box and see if that helps. Anyone having the same problem? |

This is a known problem. Call Tech Support and get a new Power Supply and version 17 firmware. |

I haven't had caller ID for over 2 weeks.
All I did was reboot (ahem...unplug) my Motorola box and Caller ID was back immediately.
Sometimes....it really can be just a simple solution.' ' |

When you say "power supply" you mean the ac/dc adapter?

I am having this issue also. I have opened a ticket/sent email to Vonage yesterday, yet I haven't heard anything back from yet. My caller id stopped working (again) this past Saturday, and didn't work again until yesterday when before I left for work, I rebooted my moto mta. You say it is a power issue? ineresting, I am going to check the voltage on mine tonight, and also my firmware version on my MTA. |
