Post subject: Avaya One-X and Softphone
I have an Avaya one-x 4610 (Voip/SIP/IP phone), and a
Vonage
softphone. I have configured the settings seen below on the phone, and I don't really know why I can't get the phone to work instead of having to use the softphone software. I have input the
Vonage
softphone number as the identity, and the
Vonage
password for the password.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

What error are you receiving when you try to use it.
I am using another company's softphone successfully.
