7. Issue you are experiencing ie dropped calls, choppy audio, Sometimes outgoing calls that never ring, etc

Please re-run the Voip test. Go to the advanced tab and post all of the information there.

What kind of phone are you using? If it's a cordless, what frequency? 2.4 GHz cordless phones can interfere with your wireless router.

I have a cordless(Panasonic KX-TG5050, 5.8GHz) and a regular phone. I have the same problems on each one.

Your max pause and round trip times are too high. Also, that 100% out of order business is odd. I don't pretend to understand how that can happen, but it's not good. This is probably an issue with your ISP. Remove the Vonage adapter and repeat the test. If you get similar results, it confirms that your internet service is the problem.

Hmmm. There's a very substantial decrease in the round trip time without the Vonage adapter, and that suggests an issue with it. Are you running the latest firmware?

I used to have an RTP300, which is the non-wireless version of your WRTP54G. The firmware version was indicated on the top right corner of the opening admin page. It's probably there on yours as well. If not, it should be somewhere on the admin pages.

Firmware is operating software that is permanently, or semi-permanently, installed on a device like the WRTP54G. It controls the operation of the device. Vonage occasionally updates it on their devices, but the automatic updates sometimes don't get done for one reason or another.
