Does anybody know what changes were made to the Vonage privacy policy? I received an email from them this week that only says:
"Dear Valued Vonage Customer,
At Vonage, we are committed to protecting your privacy and enhancing our ability to better serve you by offering you the most innovative products and services. With these efforts, our Privacy Policy has changed, effective Wednesday, November 8, 2006. Click here if you wish to view our updated Privacy Policy."
Of course, there's nothing in the link that says what has changed from the previous policy, so unless you have a record of what it was or have an incredible memory, you have no clue as to what's changed. My suspicion is it's something about sharing your information with third party marketing partners, since part of the policy deals with calling Vonage to opt-out of sharing info.
Of course the number they give is the regular Vonage customer service number.
