Hello There,
I just got a Vonage addapter and it is behind a router. The line works just fine right when I hook it up, but when I hang up, the line doesn't drop. I get all of the annoyances like a phone is off the hook, but it's not! Help please.
Thanks, Kelly |

Kelly,
Hopefully you've already received an answer by now, but the same thing happened to me, and it was because my existing phone network wasn't laid out correctly. It still isn't, so I've only got 2 phones hooked up to the unit now using a splitter from the router. One day I'll start going through the jacks & see what I can find out.
It's still somewhat annoying that you're limited to 5 devices on the system, though. |
