As a former Vonage customer, two members of my family who still subscribe to Vonage, cannot call me.

What's up with this?

I assume you transferred your number to another service, and your family is getting a message that it's out of service. This is a common problem. Vonage neglects to clean up its data base and mark the number as transferred out rather than discontinued. Vonage customers can't get you but other people, whose services have it right, can.

The solution is for you to call Vonage customer service and tell them what has happened. They can fix it.
